Missing items after patch (mostly purple)

Logged in today after the patch installed and nearly all the suits and shields I had equipped my officers are missing and replaced with the original items u get when u first receive that officer and some officers don't have anything at all.
I also had 9 ship requisition tokens that have also gone Houdini since the patch, everything else still seems to be in place but with the in game ticket system not working or as someone else in game told me, was stopped being supported ?
How am I going to get them items back or am I not able to get them items back and have just wasted my cash and time into the game ?
