Jem Hadar mk 12 Pistol bug Not-so-fixed

So in case anyone was wondering the mk12VR Jem'Hadar pistol bug that made it Rare when you attempted to upgrade it wasn't retroactive... Its still Mk 12 Blue... Sigh... I filled an in game support ticket to no avail... can someone let me know what the next step to getting this fixed is?

    They fixed it so it couldn't happen again they didn't say they were gonna fix the ones it already happened to.

    So just deal with it? an item people spent Lobi on?

    Was the same with my Lobi upgraded Auto Rifle going 'Blue'. Submitted ticket #141030-001053.

    Customer Service provided the Mk XII Very Rare version of the Auto Rifle to me. I needed to provide some info (date of purchase - but I assume that if you can't remember exactly close enough and before the implementation date of the Item Upgrade system). Just need to place the item in the first Inventory slot of the character (not on a Bridge Officer or in Banks, etc.). They added the Very Rare version to your character inventory. It all went very smoothly.
