Absorptive Hull Plating Mastery Level 1 and Enhanced Hull plating Master level 3 don't seem to be doing anything.
If I take out all the engineering consoles giving me resists, the ship is stuck at 0 resistance for everything. It might just be the UI or it might be the actual passive itself.
I can't confirm the crit severity bonus either way, as I got it too early to keep track of it, it would be helpful if someone could confirm or deny if that one is working.
