Specialization Tree bugged?

I have tried to spend my Specialization points on the Specialization Tree I'm able to select se first one but the purchase bottom never becomes active. I have performed the file verification for the game as Tech Support suggested but it did not make any difference.

    Your skills may have become invalid for some reason.

    Check your Skills Tab ('K' by default) and look for a Respec button in the bottom-right. If it's there, you must reset your skills before you will be able to interact with Skills, Traits or Specializations. This respec will be free, if you're forced to perform one.
