I think many of these simply don't work. I've got some carrier ships and their cd reduction for pets applies....then it's added back again like the Bulwark. I would bother to make bug reports but I honestly don't feel Cryptic cares or listens. They let the Japori hit holodeck and only acted when it didn't serve their interests. The amount of work I'd put in to bug reporting would mean taking it up as a full time job and those usually pay money.
Reman Captains can't even see the powers, they don't show up under Traits
Because they don't show up as traits....
they are passive boosts. Only way to really see is to pay attention before you gain each level on most.
Take a +10% damage one. Look at your weapon dps stats while floating in a social zone like outside Earth space dock with no buffs running. Use ship until that passive unlocks and then go float outside space dock again with no buffs running. And your damage went up.
But, all the +10% Hull/Shield ones don't change anything.
And looking at my Shield Regen with a nukara shield and it's like 268 shield every 6 seconds. The passive for that one mastery like on the DSD is +600 (something) every 6 seconds. So my ship stats while floating shoulda changed from +268 every 6 seconds, to +800 every 6 seconds. but, it does not.
Like the +15% Exotic damage, looking before and after I unlocked that Passive and yes exotic damage went up.
And paying for the upgrade should mean more then +1 console slot, + hull to lvl 60. And get lucky if you got a passive that works. lol

Shield regen's never changed in the tooltip - it's suppossed to fluctiate with shield power as well, but it doesn't do that.
This is not the first time I've heard of the bonus 10% hp working though.

I don't know how much resistance to slot as I can't see what my passive hull resistance is giving me (when combined with what I have), is there an external player built tool to do this? (mimic it)
I am in the camp that think it's bugged at present on the Qib but I have no way of knowing for sure.
And yet I just finished lvl 4 Gal-X mastery. And it's +10% hull worked. Wonder if the other ships maybe had their masteries out of order? like it gave the +10% at a different level. I'll have to check them and do the math. lol
The +10% HP definitely worked for a Mogh, Qib and Eclipse for me.

Good point. Both my carriers Hull/Shield Masteries are the ones not working.
And if it's that way, I'm ok with removing them for bettr "working" masteries. lol
I wouldn't mind the Atrox getting +15% Exotic at all. rather then +10% Shields, etc.
But, really just want the passives to work since that's part of what you Paid for.
I unfortunately do not have my old stats to compare with--but has the Vesta been hit with this bug too? Hope this will be fixed soon...getting kicked like this at the same time as the pet nerf is...ouch. :-(
