Dyson Ground Set on Romulan

The standard Mk XII purple Dyson ground set does not detect all the pieces equipped on my Romulan. The Body armor and weapon detect each other displaying 2/3, the shield does not detect the armor and weapon, displaying only 1/3. In my power list Hunker down does not show up.
There is what appears to be a typo on the Shield that doesn't list it as mk xii in the set list. Similar text is on my two Federation characters but a second set list appears on the shields and everything matches correctly on these characters. Just on my Romulan the set does not match. Even when equipped to Boffs it doesn't count. I have swapped sets around and changed zones and instances many times and nothing works.

I share your frustration - if this set were working properly, maybe I wouldn't constantly be getting annihilated by the swarming hordes on Kabali. Then again, one of my Alts has a fully working adapted maco set and gets wasted just as easy.
Reported the Dyson set issue with game's user-unfriendly tool, but no reply or feedback that the issue has been received and/or prioritized. No even an automated cookie-cutter "thanks for reporting the issue" message.
People can be extremely patient if you give them a little hope to cling to. But, it's obvious from everything I've read here that feedback and customer service aren't a priority for this outfit.
