No Lobi Crystals for Main Charactor

My main Fed Charactor for some reaseon isn't getting any Lobi Crystals, but my Klingon Side Charactor is for some reason. I do have 3 Lobi Crystals that I have had for a while now, but nothing new. I don't even get any misision for lobi on my main Fed Charactor.

    Quest to acquire lobi is given only to character that you first logged in with that day. Lobi given in this event is per account, not per characters.

    I only got the lobi the first day. :(
