Fleet Neutronium consoles vanished?

One of my ships have both of the fleet console missing since launch. When I activate my loadout that did save my gear info it shows up but claims to be on another ship. See attached.

I cycled through all of my ships and none of them have it. Clicking on the console slot to bring up the list of all available consoles doesnt have it in its inventory either. Checked my bank, and my overflow and nothing there.
