Lobi Event not allowing second pick up

On Friday around 5pm Eastern I picked up my first 20 lobi for the event. As of 9:30pm Eastern I have yet to be able to pick up my second 20 lobi. This is VERY frustrating. I would like to receive my 20 lobi tonight and tomorrow. Any help would be appreciated. (And no my lobi are not in my account bank, they are in my main inventory and have been since the start of the event thank you)

I am unable to pick up my second daily allotment as well....

*Addendum - I went to Grym with a different toon and it worked. Apparently it's bugged for using the same toon? An issue with the cooldown maybe? That's really going to suck for people with less than 3 toons... You're doing it wrong Cryptic/PWE... So so wrong...

Same problem here. Checked ALL toons. Klink, Fed, Rom.

Deadline's approaching. Keep a record here, and already sent a bug report.

Either way, nothing's showing atm.

Update, checked second round. Showed up on one of rom toon.....It's really annoying..

So a fleet mate was having the same problem... I told him to try another toon and it didn't work. But on the 4th random try it did. Looking back... I think it took 4 tries for me as well. 3 on my main and the final on an alt. So keep trying, and send in hate mail... erm... I mean support tickets...
