Warpcore upgrade issue ticket ID #2,837,605

I purchased this warpcore as MK XI blue and upgrading it all the way to MK XIV and the core did not gain a extra attribute at upgrade to very rare. If I tried to upgrade again, ultra rare still only has 3 attributes, [EPS] [SSR] {W->A]. I believe there is a issue there.
