14 specialization points missing since patch

Since the patch I am missing 17 specialization points and had to respec toon yet again.

I dont feel like grinding 17 additional specialization points again please add them back to my account asap..

After patch only had 10.....

Please look up my RL Money transactions - After all the RL money I have spent on this if you cant fix Im so ditching this game. I dont wanna stay up day and night again to gain the equalivent of 17 levels after 60 since delta rising because you broke my toon after a "Patch"

    They were removed intentionally. Not a bug.
