Calculation error of Doff Skill

recently, I noticed a huge dip in rewarded DOff skill point rewards.
regardless of whether the overall XP reward was nerfed or not, the calculations are way off:
as an example, I used "Entertain Foreign Dignitaries"
I always used the same DOffs (2 rare, 2 uncommon, 1 common, =30% bonus)
The standard reward should be (according to the system): 481 XP, 57 expertise, 241 Dipl. XP and 5 dil. as shown here:

after a "success", however, I get
288 XP, 793 expertise, 241 Dipl. XP and 7/5 (Event) as shown here

Except of the dipl XP and the Dilithium, the calculations regarding skill points and expertise rewards dont make any sense at all
