Omni-Directional Phaser Beam Array not firing

As the title says, I finished crafting a ultra rare array with an extra [dmg] mod and the thing isn't working. It just won't fire. Anyone heard of a similar bug?

Either re-login or using the upgrade option once to update the item fixed it. Strange.
