Active Space DOFFS striking???

I searched the forums, then tried to send a report it says I correctly placed a ticket for this but my ticket list is empty so I don't know if the procedure did go well and so here I am.
Since DR launch I can't set my active space doffs, as soon as I zone somewhere they reset to active roster, I had problems with loadouts too but solved them as other times in the past with the renaming system, but I really don't know how to fix this active space thing.
