DoFF Procs borked?

Greetings,
Yesterday it just worked fine... today I dont seem to proc on any DoFF I slotted on ground.
Spammed 30 Hypos... No EMH MK1. Yesterday he was popping up every second hypo or so.
I got no additonal turrents and drones even though I have slotted the proper DoFF's for it (Purple Quality)
Space DoFF procs seem to be unaffected and still work properly.
Anyone else affected by this?
