5 Missing Completed DOff Assignments

Devs,

My DOff system says I have 5 complete DOff missions, however they aren't listed and I am still able to slot 23.... so I think the number is off somehow. This has persisted over the last couple of days through multiple login's and computer boots.

• The first shows the complete number being 5 with no in progress mission.
  
• The second shows no in progress R&D missions (in case those systems are tied together somehow)
  
• The Third screenshot shows 23 missions slotted with 5 still reported as complete and missing.
  
• The fourth screenshot shows I was able to slot 5 research missions on top of 23 and the 5 missing.

Did a counter somewhere in the data for my character get messed up? Can someone tweak my character? I will reply to a PM with the character name if needed.
