Has Anyones ship or other really valuable item gone ..POOF?

I don't know soon is posted on this already or not but I'm just checking to see if this is happened to anyone else I've posted a help ticket for a GM when I noticed my ship was missing from personal shipyard you know when you go when you check it shows you how many ships you actually have that you own not the shipyard where you go to buy the ships, so anyway I had a temporal wells class starship which often went poof they say file a bug report but there isn't really much to tell in the bug report.... logged in Monday it was there logged in Tuesday it wasn't there anymore.... reminder here that this a the ship that you've already opened it's been added to your... for lack of a better term personal shipyard and poof its gone its gone.... so I guess as is requested here is a bug report but that doesn't tell me or help me with the fact of how do I go about getting my ship back? .... Just in case yes I did what they asked me to do when they replied I ran the checked and verified the files for some reason the person wanted me to check and make sure I didn't put it up and in the exchange but you can't do that if you already opened it which makes me think he didn't even read my report anyway has this happened to anyone else they just had their ship disappear or something that took a long time to get very hard to get just up and go poof on them ???

    Well I didnt loose a ship, but my fleet mate and I both lost expensive consoles. He lost his red matter capacitor and I myself lost plasmonic leech console.

    And you won't get your ticket(s) answered or your items/ships back. When that happened to me I decided never to spend any $ on this game.

    I'm leveling a new character, and her third ship (Mogai Heavy Warbird) vanished. Or rather, it never appeared. It never showed up in the Ship Selector after being bought.

    It was a free leveling-up ship, so it's not really a huge deal, but the fact that it's even possible is a serious problem.

    UPDATE - my fleet mate today lost his Tal Shiar warp core from his Adapted Battle Cruiser, pretty much rendereing it worthless.
