Hey, my captain's a Nausicaan. Sure, he's "at peace" with everyone... that means he's doing a better job of not getting caught. Heck, I have a cargo bay full of chromodynamic power modules if you'd like to purchase some? You sound like Captain Hairy Kim (don't tell him he's named after an ex-girlfriend) and his, "Just because we like one side better doesn't mean we get to choose who lives and who dies." Shenanigans. That's exactly what it means!
Marauding for the marauders! Loot and plunder and all the T-rated piracy we can muster! <downs his Bloodwine>
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.
Yeah, over the past few weeks it does seem that the various contraband / dilithium "raid" missions are less common than before. I do not see the 45 minute Federation raid missions that often which rewards contraband, and I have been kinda having a hard time find those "Forced Labor" missions that rewards. I tend to avoid the Freighter missions because critical success generally means you get prisoners which is good but my brig is always full because I use them for the "Forced Labor" missions and the occasional Prisoner Exchange missions.
Jaguar, my (highly unscientific) recollection is that those 45m "Raid" assignments seem to reward more commodities than anything else. My working assumption has always been that the Freighter assignments were where the contraband likes to show up. I could certainly be looking at a selection bias of some sort, but that's how.I've experienced it.

I'm sure your DPS is great, but as Kahless said, "a petaQ with high system mastery is still a petaQ." (Well, he should have said it...!)
I'm still seeing the missions to raid Federation ships and facilities. Pi Canis, Regulus, and Beta Ursae sector blocks seem to be particularly ripe with these, but they're probably available everywhere at one time of day or another.
Selling prisoners to the Orions in Omega Leonis sector block remains a good source of periodic spikes of Marauding CXP, but lately it seems as though missions to appropriate artifacts from this and that sector block are where the steady Marauding CXP are at. Gamma Orionis and Orellius sector blocks seem to be where I get most of mine, but those missions crop up all over the place as well.
If you're not doing so already, moving from sector block to sector block in search of the missions you want is always worthwhile, as is checking back after the periodic reset of sector space missions (you can see a countdown to the next reset in your Doff Assignment UI element).
I've still been doing a ton of the Marauding missions for Contraband. Not sure what you're doing OP. Also, the Klingon home sector block is poor for Marauding for Contraband. Because, you know... the home sector block is so full of Vulcan Freighters
The home sector block is only good for turning in contraband and selling off prisoners.

I enjoy doing it at DS9, if only because of the absurdity of imagining how we're moving all these prisoners, most of whom are likely Federation citizens, out the door to labor battalions.
I kind of imagine Kurland looking down on the Promenade, thinking, "Hmm, the Klingons sure do move a lot of rolled-up, slightly wriggling carpets through the station. I wonder... Nuts, I'm gonna be late for my 11am of annoying a spacewalker outside. I'll check into this later."

"Kurland here! Whatcha got there, General? Kurland here! Oh, another shipment of Grande Gagh Burritos Deluxe? Kurland here! Well, I don't even want to see the plumbing bill for whoever's buying all these, but the paper work checks out. Kurland here! Thanks for stopping at DS9, and don't forget to pick up a T-shirt at our gift shop on the way out. Kurland here!"
I generally do my Marauding first thing in the morning (about 7am Eastern) and I've noticed that the missions always go in cycles. One week I'll find plenty of contraband and Forced Labor missions, then for a few days I won't find enough to fill the roster and then it will cycle back.
Here's the circuit I generally use:
Start in Qo'nos - turn in contraband
in Omega Leonis check current missions for "Dilithium mining in an unstable asteroid cluster", Deport or resettle colonists, forced labor requisitions, raid freighters and raids on illegal colonies
Fly to Eta Eridani - repeat above checks
Fly to Regulus - repeat above checks
Fly to Pi Canis - repeat above checks
Fly to Tau Dewa - repeat above checks
By this time I'm at 20 assignments. Generally all that is good for about 18-24 contraband and 4000-6000 dilithium with the right mix of missions.
Good Luck! Klingons rock when it comes to contraband and dilithium!

Outstanding circuit, but I'm wondering, don't you sell prisoners to the Orions? As far as Marauding XP goes, that is fairly money.

My Klingon generally loops around the 3 Cardassian sectors. There's usually a couple of each one in those three. Certainly enough to use up my doffs.
I just turn my prisoners into the dude on DS9. What are the rewards for selling to Orions in the home sector? Or can you get that in the eta eradani sector?

Selling to the Orions is good Marauding CXP, high 3 figures, or maybe 1000 or so, forget off the top of my head. It only takes up 3 guys, so plenty left for the labor camps. It also rewards GPL, a huge pile of which sits unused in my inventory. I think I've seen it come up in Eta Eridani, but I think it's much more likely to come up in Omega Leonis and in orbit of Q'onos.

But no EC/Dil rewards? That's more what I'm interested in than the maurauding xp or gpl.

EC and dilithium are there in some marginal fashion, but the main draw of that assignment is the CXP, at least to me. So then it sounds like it's not your bag. In which case, carry on marauding.

No I generally don't sell to the Orions. Not that I'm prejudiced or anything but like you mentioned in the other post - I'm more interested in the dilithium and contraband

In my opinion, GPL is useful primarily for the "Special Deal on Entertainment Provisions" Trade missions. Once you've got enough Trade CXP ranks to start seeing the blue and purple versions of this mission, you're potentially earning blue and purple Entertainer Doffs as rewards (who can then be used to ensure critical successes on the "Entertain Black Market Contacts" Marauding mission - the circle of life!) Occasionally you can also do a Marauding mission to buy Klingon Doffs out of slavery from the Orions, and GPL is good for that, too, but that mission seems pretty rare to me.
I am getting longer gaps between them now. They are all still there, and rom space is still pretty good, but instead of having all 4 every time a round completes, I get 2 /4 instead. Thankfully best I can tell, if you find a set its good for all characters until the next reset, so you can run over to pick them all up after finding them.
I have a pretty good contra machine setup. At least 5 characters that farm the missions and 2 that sit at the turn-in, shared bank gets it done. I get around 30/day, enough for both turn-in guys to stay busy during my play hours.
