All R&D traits unlocked again

So the patch to remove the early unlocked traits either did not work or was undone somehow as all the R&D traits are showing again despite not having got to 15 yet.

    IIRC, they mentioned in more recent notes (the emergency patch notes maybe?) that they needed to temporarily re-activate this bug in order to fix something else more serious.

    he did say this "This issue will be fixed at a later date." for the traits

    Fair enough. When i skimmed over the patch notes i thought that was it being fixed in that patch.
