CTD when beaming down to the Turei Homeworld

For the Mission "Revelations" (play the mission like I always do with PvE on Advanced difficulty setting)
The Unknown Frigate has 242,000 HP rips apart my Eclipse Intel Cruiser even without spamming its mines and that other effect, when I do Defeat it and go to beam down to the Turei Homeworld the game Crashes 100% of the time. no error message or anyting, tried abandoning the mission and restarting, get to the same point and bam! CTD. ((My Eclipse has Fleet Equipment except for a Quad Cannon Mk XIV Very Rare))
Not got that far with another character so not sure if I will have the same problem.
