Beaming up from Delta Command

Has anyone had any issues beaming to their ship from Delta Command? I beam up and it takes 15 minutes or more just to materialize on the ship. I've been playing since Launch, and it doesn't seem to occur anywhere else in the game except D.C. Anyone else getting this?

    I was having that as well. I force closed and did a forced file check(took about 10 minutes) it downloaded some corrupted files. Now loads "normally".
