Vesta bundle - can't upgrade

At ESD/Fleet ship selector, upgrade button brings up confirmation dialogue but clicking on confirmation button does nothing. Can't upgrade any Vesta variant. Even tried dismissing a ship and repurchasing it from Zen store but still no joy. Anybody else have this problem?

    Do you have an upgrade token?

    You have to have a ship upgrade token from zstore to upgrade the Vesta.

    I bought a 4 pack of upgrade tokens - I have three left. Used one to upgrade my Fleet Atrox which worked fine. Also used the free upgrade on a Recluse without any problems. Hence my confusion; apparently, the process works but not for the Vestas.

    Upgrade tokens need to be in your inventory, won't work in Bank despite showing as available in upgrade dialogue.

    I was able to upgrade my Vesta (Rademaker, I think).
