Kazon Heavy Raider and the lie revealed

Kazon Heavy Raider is upgradable, comes from a lockbox, but needs a Starship Upgrade Requisition. Please explain?

    The only reason I see that anything before Delta Rising came out is eligible for a free upgrade is that they(Cryptic) probably wanted to provide upgrades for players who already invested into a premium ship. Since the Kazon Raider came out IN Delta Rising, there was no such obligation.

    The Mirror Universe ships are technically Lock Box ships, but they are not grand prize Lock Box ships...with the Kazon Raider filling their place in the reward tables...tada...done.

    And did we need another thread on this? Much less the thread being posted in the bug section?

    Mirrors can't be upgraded period. Also I found they posted in the news section that you need a token for the Kazon, even though its a lock box ship

    It's not a grand prize lock box ship...it's a booby prize, a consolation prize. It's a 9 console ship...that T5-U's to a 10 console ship. It's not a 10 console ship that T5-U's to an 11 console ship. It's a booby prize ship out of the lock box, not a lock box ship.

    Kazon Heavy Raider: 1,000,000
    Cheapest Lock Box Ship: 60,000,000 (Elachi S'golth Escort)
    Cheapest Lobi Ship: 89,000,000 (Temporal Destroyer)
    Benthan Assault Cruiser (Lock Box): 114,000,000
    Hazari Destroyer (Lobi): 99,900,000

    Kazon Heavy Raider...booby prize, Rare Ship not Very Rare Ship...etc, etc, etc.

    Because it is a Mirror Universe ship, how else do you justify the Kazon getting anything remotely better than a T3...
