Upgrading the tal shiar warp core turn it into a beam array, cannot reclaim

Attempting to upgrade the tal shiar adapted warp core (from the tal shiar adapted ships) will automatically turn it into a romulan experimental plasma beam array mk12.
there is currently no way to reclaim the warp core from the reclaim page.
