Disappearing ancient power cells

Edit: Nevermind - it appeared when I changed back to sector space. Just a long lag (5 minutes!).
I just received the power cell reward from the mission on Kobali, but when I entered it into the reputation project (personal shields) it just disappeared and isn't registering. It hasn't gone back into my inventory, but hasn't been counted towards the project either.
Has anyone else had this problem? Ticket submitted: ticket ID #2,817,831.
