Unable to purchase Hangar pets for upgraded Lockbox ships

I have a Recluse Carrier which I recently upgraded. I am unable to purchase Tholian Widow Fighters or Mesh Weavers from the store in ESD or Deep Space 9. The store says that I do not own a Recluse Carrier.

The same behavior happens with Jem'Hadar pets, to which I have an upgraded Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier.

I am unable to test Fleet Stores at this time.

    I'm having the same problem with my upgraded Recluse I can't buy meshweavers or widow fighters from KDF shipyard store. I submitted a report and hope it gets fixed soon.
