specialization skill points can not use them

So I leveled up and now I can not set my specialization skill point. the button is grayed out. I can not reset skill points and can not use specialization skill points. this game is useless.

    it requires you to do a respec (should tell you if you hover over "purchase")

    the best thing tho...
    i can't even respec because the skills are always resetting....brilliant
