Unable to use Reputation Sponsorship Tokens

I have all 5 tokens from the previous Rep's on a character yet they are unable to be used as the required mission is not available to be selected in the Reputation tab.

So far I can only see it for the Delta Reputation, not the other 5.

    The typical response to this is to slot a project and then cancel it to give the reputation a kick in the pants. It's been know to work wonders.
