Yay, just got to 60 and grabbed my promotion to Fleet Admiral. Not seen any others yet. The story was fun, especially the surprise at the end of the Kobali warzone missions :D I budgeted two days to hit 60 on my main and made it in 36 hours, with 8 of those as sleep.
