Unable to Log In as certain Characters

Hello,
I am unable to log in as 2 of my characters, Jack and Sarek. The loading screen gets to about 93% and then the game crashes to desktop. I can not think of anything that would make these characters in any way different from the others which I can log in as. Jack is on ESD, Sarek is in the Dyson Sphere. The issue has been present since DR went live.
