Game incorrectly trying to charge me Zen to edit my Liberated Borg Romulan Intel Boff

I opened my DR Boff pack and got a liberated Borg Romulan. When I go into the tailor to edit her uniform and before I have even done anything to her, it is showing me already spent 500 Zen at the bottom of the screen. At first I thought it had put something on her that I don't own but I haven't done anything to her and resetting options does nothing. 
This is clearly an error but in case it isn't. Why should I pay more to edit a character I have already paid for in my DR pack? That's like taking my eyes out and coming back for the sockets :eek:
Oh I found the problem, she came with an infected skin type that as soon as I changed it, the 500 zen charge disappeared. Perhaps this needs looking into further.
