Galaxy map bugs. Keeps resetting. D'Kel achievement bugged.

When I am using the galaxy map to do the tour of the galaxy mission, I noticed that every time I changed sector blocks, the map would reset to a specific point, depending on how much the map was zoomed. It used to stay in the same spot which is what I liked. Also, not a bug, but the icon for my ship is huge on that galaxy map. I would not mind the arrow shrinking.
On Achievements, there is no achievement for my Federation character to explore the D'Kel Star Cluster 70 times. It stops at 35. All other areas go to 70. My KDF character was able to go to 70. I am also seeing a couple "defend the sector" achievements in the explore section that holds my explore the nebulas achievements, which does not seem correct.
The D'kel bug existed before Delta Rising.
