Missing upgrade tokens in Delta Operations pack

I claimed my Delta Operations pack today and I noticed I did not recieve my ship upgrade requisitions. I spent good money on this pack. I'd like to recieve the items I was promised.

    I'm sorry, but where exactly in the store?

    When I checked my Delta Operations Pack, it says 'purchased' and the box is greyed out.

    If I go to ship upgrade keys, it just offers me the option to purchase them at the normal price.

    It is not in my inventory, nor regular bank, nor account bank. Help?

    Added: I checked the inventory of all three characters I claimed the pack on. None of them have it.

    They are in the Cstore - I found them under Items --> Delta Rising Operations Pack Ship Upgrades. There is also a Tech upgrade one there. Both show CLAIM once I bought the Delta Pack.
