Commander Burgess Typo

Commander Burgess' flavor text has a typo. The word "save" in the 3rd sentence should be "safe".

The phrase should be "safe on Earth" not "save on Earth"

To Reproduce:
  1. Interact with Commander Burgess
  2. Select "Who are you?" from the dialog list.
  3. Read the text.

    They are bringing down the servers right now for an emergency patch to address this critical error.
