Graphics Crash! (repost)

Did the graphics specs update with the new expansion? I've looked and it doesn't appear to be so.

The game is now crashing my display driver (fully up-to-date AMD 3000 and played the game just fine yesterday), so now I end up with is a black screen playing the intro sound and all.

Could someone please help me!

I'm having exactly the same issue. I get a black screen once i hit character select. It was happening on Tribble when I tried testing the xpac about a month or so ago.

I may have found a work-around. Try going into your system resolution, take it down to 1280x720 then reload, you "should" be able to see the character select.

That workaround does help. Still, hopefully they get other resolutions fixed.

My card just keeps crash and boots me back to the desktop before it even gets to the Toon selection page, didn't do this earlier this afternoon or before the update. They may say there is no change in requirements but i'm gonna call shanagins on that.

Is it DirectX 9 that's causing these problems? Or is it something else?

System was running fine at high quality graphics before the update. Now even at the lowest ,super nintendo looking, settings crashes arbitrarily. Anyway to downgrade?

Same issue here, after today's update every combination of graphical settings causes a crash to desktop within 15 seconds of being logged in any character.

    Tried:

    DX11
    DX9
    no anti aliasing
    safe mode settings
    launch from steam
    launch from arc
    delete and download client

No changes in my hardware/OS since yesterday but a radically different level of compatibility.

I was able to play the Delta Rising Missions for about a week after it launched but now, when I try to get in I get to about the Delta Rising Loading Page and then the screen goes black and says that my graphics driver has stopped responding and has been recovered, and when the screen comes back, all I see is a black screen where the character screen should be. I can hear the music and hear the effects when I move the mouse, but other than that nothing. I updated the driver, I ran the fix from microsoft, took my advanced settings down to the best for performance, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, and nothing is working, not even safe mode. :( I am not able to get screen shots to put in the message but everything in this thread sounds like the problem that I have been having. I am going to try it on my other laptop but I don't know how well it will work since it is a Windows 8. Thanks
