Tier 6 zen ships

Hello
I would want some advice.
The tier 6 ships cost 3000 zen.
Doese that mean i have to buy the 44$ zen pack and pay 14$ more?
I apologize if this is a dumb question.

    What $44 Zen pack? There is a 3000 Zen Package for $30. If you are in Europe or some other country that has an annoying tax like VAT, then unfortunately you have to spend an extra $14.

    Some places tax 5% while other places tax 20%. We can't escape taxes, but some are more annoying than others.
