Upgrading MACO/Omega armors to Mk12 do not grant tailor/accolades

Chalk this one up as another issue to the upgrades system. I'm currently stuck on a character that had both Omega and MACO MkX gear before their removal from the rep system, and with the upgrade system I upgraded both to Mk12. Got lucky on the MACO one as it turned UR.

Problem is, neither granted me the accolade for getting Mk12 armors. I'd rather not have to grind ANOTHER set of these two only to not find a place for them anywhere, wasting the effort.

    try to register it at roxy's shop (DS9)

    RnD and upgrade needs less RNG. Less lottery. Something has to change.

    Roxy has a known record for eating gear.

    This does not work. As soon as you slot a piece for upgrade (without actually upgrading it), the item is no longer acceptable by Roxy. I had a MACO Mk XII armor that I could've send to her, then I slotted it for upgrade, canceled the upgrade, and in Roxy's store the item greyed out and could no longer be sent to her.

    For Roxy, equipment has to be in your inventory to be recognised - you can't have it equipped.

    Still not working.. and Roxy doesn't recognize any of my MK XII parts either (no matter if I wear them or they are in my inventory). This just affects a former MK XI MACO set that I upgraded to MK XII.. other chars that got the MK XII set directly are not affected.

    My guess:

    They didn't consider it... either as a legitimate method, or as a method at all, I don't know which

    Either way, I'd like access to the accolade and cosmetics I'm owed, due to meeting the requirement of owning [the appropriate (Omega)] gear that is clearly Mk. XII(12)
