Romulan uniform bugged in cutscenes and character selection

I have 2 romulans, one fed and one kdf, both created in the last month who's appearance looks wrong on character selection screen and in cutscenes.

Other than this the characters appear normally in game, and changes to the costumes work normally, in game. But if I do a mission with a cutscene or start to log in, their appearance is not correct.

It looks like it's retaining a older appearance that has been changed, but is only appearing in those 2 situations.

I have also encountered this on one of my Romulan characters.

Same issue, the character has an old outfit on the Character Select screen and in cutscenes.

Edit: This only seems to be happening on the Romulan character that I recently created. The one that I made back at the LoR launch has their outfit update normally.
