Problem with Advanced Fleet Reinforced Warpcore Shield Power Buff

The Shield Power Buff doesn't work anymore. It is not listed in Available Skills and vanished from my Space Skillbar.
Also the Warpcore doesn't provide my Shields with additinal Energy from my Weapons as it should do.
I don't know since when this happened, I recognized it yesterday.

Having the same problem with my Mark XII Elite Fleet reinforced warpcore [AMP] [Rep] [S>A] [SSS] [Wcap] and continuing after upgrading it to mark XIII.
The capacitor will appear and disappear at will. Sometimes it will show up with 6 sec left on cool down for several min, then vanishes again, without any capacitor/battery being used.
The amp is not working either. There is no onscreen icon and the lack of the effect is noticeable in damage logs compared to damage dealt before Delta rising.
The Shield to aux is also broken. Have only had two instances where it functioned, both those were in the Tholian red alert in Tau Dewa sector block. Strangely enough, the cap also made its one and only working appearance during that alert today.
Tested other cores I have with [Wcap], [Acap], [Scap], and [Ecap], they all worked the same as before delta.
ONLY the core I had equipped at first log in after delta going live bugged out like this.
I'm using an Elite Fleet warp core with [A->W] and its Auxiliary Battery Capacitor doesn't show up either.
Had the same issue with it appearing and disappearing at random, although it has stayed out of sight completely for the last two days.
