STF Visuals/Accolade bug's

Hello i have the maco mkxii accolade done,its in the completed menu,and i also have it under in progress menu.Help me fix it pwease.:(

The maco/omega recruit accolades ,i cannot complete them because i have no option to get the stf mk x gear.Im arleady tier V in omega rep.

And how do you get the maco tactical armour visual' and the omega force Reaper/Quietus armour visuals ,
i have completed almost all stf accolades ,i have done all stf missions with the optionals done normal and elite??

To the best of my knowledge, the MACO Tactical, Omega Reaper, and Omega Quietus armor visuals are only available for characters in the Foundry. I don't believe there's any way for players to get them.
