Invalid Order when using mol points

Good day,

I'm a player in the Philippines and this is the first time I have tried to buy zen. I am using MOLpoints as this is the payment scheme readily available to me.

I chose MOL for my payment processor, selected my billing profile, selected $20 then checkout. A small window popped up and said this:
Invalid Order

We're sorry, but the information passed with you to our site has failed our authentication checks. For your security and for proper processing, we validate all orders.

The UltimatePay Web Operations Team has been alerted to this error and we will work to correct this problem as soon as possible.

We apologize for your inconvenience.

I would just like to know if there are any issues with the billing system or with the steps I have done. If the latter, what must I changed to be able to succeed?

    You may need to call your bank and authorize it. 99% of the problems people have when purchasing zen seem to come from CC issues.

    I used LOAD CENTRAL here in the Philippines to get MOL points. It didn't need a bank account, just a mobile phone.

    A bit of extra info.

    I tried loading again and getting the same outcome. While doing this I noticed that the billing profile is inaccurate. The 2nd half of mu 1st name is taking the place of my last name, even though I put my last name on the slot provided and the 'title' of the profile shows my full name.

    Could this be causing the problem? Also, is there anyway to delete/edit these billing profiles?

    I'm having the same problem with Invalid Order too :(

    I even try another method by using steam wallet (also using mol too), after login into the game trying to purchase Zen it show blank page nothing to purchase. Talk about downloading another 10GB+unlimited patch work :D

    Well i have been stuck there like you too and i get the message .. guest what?

    1st there's no information that said they not supporting anymore of this Mol E points or what so ever.. they should tell us about it.. not all people here has a luxury of paying using a plastic card.. ohh come on Cryptic.. why now.. zzz i just stuck 2000zen in mol points because of this..

    It's not working for me because when I try to buy Zen in-game there's no option on the amount that you want purchase. Refer this image: http://i57.tinypic.com/ie3ujq.jpg

    I posted at their forum but people there seems clueless.

    It's not working for me maybe it will work for you if you have good internet speed to download another 10GB :D

    Go to steam > download > launch the game with steam > C-Store > Try buy see if it's difference

    Make sure your steamoverlay is activated

    You can add steam wallet using MOL point but DO NOT TOP UP unless it's working

    i have the same problem my problem with it is that if mol pts via playspan is not accepted anyomore why is there still an option in the payment page you waste our money coz this is top ups and we already spent the money on mol pts to pay for sto stuff and you wasted our money im so pissed and already thinkin about quiting if this is not resolved
