transfer argonite gas from account bank to another char

hi,

i had a charcter Doomsday@polsten with 24x argonite gas.
i wanted to transfer 2x argonite gas from another char to doomsday...
did it with account bank.
finally instead of 26 argonite i got 23...
so i lost 3 argonite gas...
pls help...
