I can get behind a T6 KDF BOP, would be nice to get a C store BOP that was not over 100 years old
Careful with that...
There are people that don't want "unofficial" "fake" ships in this game, and only fly canon stuff, you could anger them, especially if you do or don't something animations (not sure what and how.)
I'd settle for a compromise - a new Tier 6 BOP with a 25th century Cryptic design but with kit-bashing functionality for the good old 23rd century BOP (and any existing variants).
I would also take it for free, if Cryptic demands it to be so.

They just need to re-use the Hegh'ta at T6. It alrerady has 2 different skins and it's one of the best looking ships in the game in spite the age of it's design. And now, with 'Delta Rising' it's getting completely obsoleted, like not getting any upgrade plans obsoleted because it's a free ship.
The Hegh'ta was my first BoP, it looks awesome and I still activelly use it. They need to save this ship and not let such a great modern BoP design go to waste.

This is Cryptic, Shpoks, meaning you might see another upgradeable BoP-sometime in 2016 or 17, right before they shut the servers down, but the chances of something earlier? just got worse. They're not even pretending to try to maintain either faction balance, or diversity. Instead, the intent is clear-take the best elements of gameplay from the KDF, improve, give to Fed, continue leaving the KDF faction on a plunge to Obselete with occasional half-assed 'efforts' designed to fail so that the policy is justified.
OBVIOUS actions that might reverse that plunge are counter to the desires of the Developers-they don't WANT the money of KDF players unless it's for Federation toons.
I have this feeling that if there is a t6 Hegh'ta it will be a fleet t6 requiring 5 fleet modules with no cstore option.

Oh I fully understand what you're saying for the most part, I've been here long enough. That doesn't prevent me from grumbling on the forum. Well unless they decide to ban me for too much grumbling.

As far as BOPs go, the vast majority of those ship models are unplayable for endgame ships. Matter of fact, outside Tier 2, you cannot play the Qaw'Dun BOP skin at all.
Same can be said for many KDF low-tier ships. Unlike Fed and Rom ship models, there still are many that cannot be used with endgame ships.
I guess it doesn't make sense for Cryptic to let KDF players play with ship models that already exist at lower tiers. But I guess it makes more sense for us to fly Dominion, Cardassian, and Toothpaste White ships. I guess it makes more sense to them for us to fly Species 8472 Bioships than to fly Klingon-designed ships for the KDF.
Unfortunately every time I look at it, think it over they aren't making the aquarious better than the bops.
They wanted to give it a role, and the raider bonus does make it interesting (though I have every intention of ribbing any fed who goes on about their peaceful ways in a raiding ship) It was the more universal bridge officers and other specs that got me initially annoyed.
But its still focused into tac via the none universal commander tac slot, and it lacks the penalities the bop pays for battle cloak by simply not having one so it gets better hull and shields.
However I see bops as extremly versatile have a go at anything ships and they generally have console setups that are more appropriate to that none specialised role where this seems to be a more escort like bop which kind of guides it down toward just playing as a bog standard escort.
Everything great except for the cloaking device. Seriously?? why the starfleet cant keep being starfleet? why cryptic needs to fall into the cries of those kids that want a cloaking device in their fed ships. Sigh.
Who is going to create a klingon character now? lol.

7/12 of my characters are KDF, and of my active toons 4/5 are KDF, I just play 1 fed sci.
I just love the Klingon Battle Cruisers, they are my bread and butter. My KDF Romulan flies a T'Varo, which is still much better than this.
That said, I agree with these changes to the Aquarius, and plan to buy one, to show my support for updating ships, just like I bought the Galaxy pack and Fleet Gal-X, and anything KDF.
Don't forget KDF are getting a beast of a Raptor, and a Battlecloaking Battlecruiser, yes the Klingon BoP lineup needs some desperate attention. I am hoping a T6 KDF version of the Romulan Feaht, but with flanking.
But then I am a Destroyer & Battlecruiser guy for the most part. (I never bought the Avenger, why bother when I can have a Klingon Battlecruiser)
To me the Aquarius makes me think of the Beta Command segment of the MVAE without the pets but with Flanking, so yes I will buy that for my Sci Captain.
Thanks for the Advanced Light Cruiser, Allied Escort Bundles, Jem-Hadar Light Battlecruiser, and Mek'leth

This starship now has the Raider Starship Mastery package:
Level 1: Precise Weapon Systems (+Accuracy)
Level 2: Tactical Maneuver (+Defense)
Level 3: Enhanced Weapon Systems (+Damage)
Level 4: Enhanced Weapon Banks (+Crit Severity)
Fleet Aquarious sounds awesome. I will be buying one of these as soon as I can now just for the Raider Flanking. All universal seats but the Commander Tactical seat is nice lots of possibilities for builds. I am very excited to get this ship now ship now. I have no problem with this ship having the cloaking device as I have the Gal-X, Tactical Escort and Avenger so it is nothing new to me with feds having a cloaking device.

Flying a klingon battlecruiser is like flaying the avenger, or any other battlecruiser out there. When i play klingon, i play BoP. That is the klingon way. With the exception of the cloak, there is nothing that make klingon battlecruisers different than any other faction ship within the same class.
Actually, my point is i feel like cryptic is making efforts to make every faction exactly the same, so there will be no point to think what faction to chose. Starfleet have plenty of ships, the only thing they needed is to be in possesion of one (of not the best) escorts of the game, now with cloak included. It is supossed that starfleet lacks on tactical ships, at least they dont have cloak.
Now they have the best tactical ship with a cloak with the same capabilities than their mates.
Now we just need experimental Singularity-capable Dreadnoughts and Odysseys to match and exceed some of the Romulan's best, and Battle Cloak-capable Prometheus-class escorts for cloaked multi-vector hit-and-runs.
While we're at it, let's toss in a Singularity-capable Defiant-class that also mounts a BFG console ability AND a Battle Cloak ability.
Please Cryptic? Let's go full on Section 31/Area51-style black project ships now.
It's like they are begging me to never open my KDF toon again...
thats ok becasue kdf sucks we are better and they know it...stay over here or I may suspect at your double agent and have in section 31 to investigate you

Here's an idea that I just thought of that there crying over the Aquarius imagine the tears involved when they do something anything to the defiant..... Good Lord better by rowboat or drown in tears

Im ok with the Defiant with a decent cloak, but thats it. Ships that are supossed to have cloak, like the Defiant, because the IP, i can live with it. But one of the features of starfleet is the lack of cloak in their ships. I only hope that the new tier 6 ships are starfleet ships, not hybrid as well...

If the Avenger is a star fleet battle cruiser, heres the star fleet bop.
The cloak having to take up a console slot and not being battle cloak is a fair trade off.
I like the tweaks to the other ships too.
Now, all thats needed is a fleet Dkyr, and not too high a shipyard required please.

I could roll with that, as long as there is. As it stands currently - there isn't.

I grumble about as much as you if not more about the KDF and I'm still here also lol. They might just want the KDF to go away on their own or go Fed.
What plot armor? That ship actually blew up!

The console had gone into cooldown by that point.
Why No Odyssey Class Cloak

Hush you! Don't give them any ideas...next thing you know Feds will get singularity powers without needing a singularity core or the -40 power.
