Dilithium Exchange Stuck

I put up a buy order for Zen yesterday at the then current rates. When the transaction failed to process after a time I went to cancel the order because something seemed wrong. I got a system messages stating that the transaction failed to cancel due to an "Internal Error".

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help shake the thing loose and cancel the transaction for me. I currently have over 250K in dilithium sitting in limbo, and I'm hesitant to try another transaction until this gets resolved.

    exactly the same problem, posted in a ticket :

    5000 zen offer that i can't cancel : internal error ..

    it makes me afraid a bit ... :(

    Could be worse I just hit cancel on an offer and it went no where. Gone poof.

    I have five dilithium sell offers that are stuck and have been getting the message "Failed to cancel Dilithium Exchange offer. Internal Error." I have had this problem cancelling the offers since after the servers came back online after the issues it was having last Saturday, 9/27/14. I've had this happen in the past and sometimes it corrects itself after a Thursday maintenance patch (so I decided to wait to report it). Unfortunately, I have logged in today (10/2/14) after the patch and find that all of my sell offers are still stuck. Any assistance in getting these dilithium offers "unstuck" would be appreciated.

    Well dont put your hopes up it will be solved Q . last time for me case it took them 8 weeks to fix it. Now got ongoing for 5 weeks + :)

    Same here. Offer stuck in the dilithium exchange. It doesn't process and can't be cancelled, I get the "internal error" message.
