'Customize Your Ship' Issues

I've just logged in after the 25/09 patch today and my Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit was reset to default appearance. I went back to ESD and went to change it at the 'Customize Your Ship' vendor to find two porblems:

1. I can no longer select any window styles, the option no longer even appears.

2. Every time I click 'OK', save my customisation and leave the customiser, then click to go back into the customiser it randomises my ships appearance.

None of this was mentioned in the patch notes, as far as I can see. Can anyone shed any light on this?

    I can confirm this bug, my Fleet LRSV changed form the Bellerophon skin to the Cochrane skin. As far as I can tell, this has only affected the LRSV, since none of my other ships have had their skins defaulted.

    Confirmed. My LRSV is stuck in the chunky-looking Cochrane skin.
