Problems with 9/24 Patch

Since logging on after the 9/24 patch I have had multiple occasions of purchasing the wrong thing on the exchange. I thought I lucked out and say a Mk XII Enhanced RCS console with [Turn] but when I went to buy it, I ended up with an item with a different mod [Ins]. At first, I thought this was my error and I clicked the wrong one. It happened 4 more times with completely different items!
Edit: It appears this was because each of those consoles was previously one of the ones lacking an extra mod. For whatever reason the one they had listed in the exchange was different from the one it received when it was picked up. It is a temporary issue and shouldn't be a problem much longer.
A second error is that on my DOFF tab I have a (2) listed for completed assignments, but when clacking on the tab, no assignments are showing up. Not even "finishing" it just says "You have no assignments completed at this time. The next assignment to complete will be in..."
