Just so everyone is clear on that red terminology, the fact that there is no limit does not mean you will build up a pile of unusable Spec Points.
As stated in today's Dev Blog (http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/7007273), "If an extremely dedicated Captain ever reaches the point where they would earn another Specialization Point, but have already purchased every Specialization Ability available to them, these surplus points will be automatically converted into Dilithium Ore."
If upgrading already ate your consoles, and they disappeared, will there be a way to get those back? My Fleet Dreadnaught ate its cloak and saucer separation, and my cloaks disappeared from my defiant retro and fleet defiant retro as well. So, I have no cloaks. And no saucer separation.
I need those back... They make us go... And if I don't get 'em I'm taking Geordi hostage. And I'm not falling for that Crimson Force-field trick.

You can re-transfer your captain from Holodeck to Tribble. Otherwise, there's no way. (That's actually a very "expensive" sort of thing to implement.)
Nerfing the difficulty of Cooper's Bioship... Seriously?! That thing wasn't difficult to beat. It just took some consistent DPS with a few good heals.

id like a moment of silence for the hegh'ta, a stock native tier 5 ship that never got a fleet version, and thus cant have a tier 5U version. it died alone and forgotten, its younger siblings stealing away it honor the last few years.
its not alone in its disgrace, for the gurumba and orian marauder FD cruiser at best can only hope for 10 console mk 5U, as no fleet version for them exists. they actually pushed back the fleet gurumba for so long, it cant even happen anymore.
there are still more ships that will never see the light of day again as well. K'Tanco, QulDun, Qorgh, Pach, all perfectly fine player ship models, all could have been used to fill holes in the kdf ship line up with fleet versions. they would not have even required new art assets, some even had c store refit costumes, they fleet ships should have printed free money, reusing old assets like that.
the Ki'tang at least got 1 last hurrah with the tier 5 mirror version, but its very far from what is soon to be the new baseline
you could have saved them cryptic, even if they didn't sell well, they required no new art, just whatever time it takes to hook up a new ship entity. apparently it doesn't take that long, it should be about the same as recreating a tier 5 ship in tier 5U form, whats the difference really?
its not to late! you have until DR launch to get fleet versions of these ship in once and for all! you got a lot of practice right now on "copy/pasting" ships, there's no better time.
You can re-transfer your captain from Holodeck to Tribble. Otherwise, there's no way. (That's actually a very "expensive" sort of thing to implement.)
Is it not possible to put the C-Store consoles in the Dilithium Reclaim Store if you own the ship? Hell, why not do that on Holodeck anyway? It'd be a lot easier than consuming a ship slot for a console, and we still have to pay for the ship.
You can re-transfer your captain from Holodeck to Tribble. Otherwise, there's no way. (That's actually a very "expensive" sort of thing to implement.)
Um, so we can't use the "Re-Claim" from the Dilithium store? Oh, no WAY am I transferring AGAIN! Already had to Delete and Re-Transfer my main to Tribble 3 times due to "Bugs" with the leveling process & now that I got my main to 60? Nope, I'll just live without those consoles :P
You can re-transfer your captain from Holodeck to Tribble. Otherwise, there's no way. (That's actually a very "expensive" sort of thing to implement.)
Well, if the C-Store were enabled I could just re-get the ships. I can't rename the test character, and I'm not deleting the work I put in leveling and gearing it, so... I'm screwed?
Refracting Tetryon Cascade will now grey out and prevent activation if the currently selected target is out of range.
If there is nothing currently targeted, Refracting Tetryon Cascade can still be used at any time.
Thanks for the former, but to be honest, for the latter I would prefer it to gray out if there are 0 enemies in range and I have nothing selected. Although if that's not feasible for technical reasons I'd understand.
Bridge Officers can now benefit from Biologist Duty Officers that increase the duration of Tricorder Scan and Anesthezine Gas debuffs.

Well, if the C-Store were enabled I could just re-get the ships. I can't rename the test character, and I'm not deleting the work I put in leveling and gearing it, so... I'm screwed?
You don't need to rename it. If you copy the same character multiple times, the second copy will be named "[Character Name] 2" where "[Character Name]" is your character's name of course. I've got "Nexila" "Nexila 1" "Nexila 2" "Nexila 3" "Nexila 4" and "Nexila 5" all on Tribble. That still won't let you re-get the consoles on the first character though since they're Character bound, but seriously this is a test environment. You're not owed anything. Consider yourself lucky that they don't do weekly server wipes.
Nitpicking is a time-honored tradition of science fiction. Asking your readers not to worry about the "little things" is like asking a dog not to sniff at people's crotches. If there's something that appears to violate natural laws, then you can expect someone's going to point it out. That's just the way things are.

Ah! I misunderstood. I took it to mean the console SLOT was gone from the ship. If it's just the console that's missing, you may be able to use the Dilithium Reclaim store.

No, no, you seem to be doing fairly well casing "Conjure Equipment Slot" on every T5 and Fleet ship in the game. Good on ya' for that, by the way. I'll edit this post once TRIBBLE is patched with whether or not the consoles are in the Reclaim Store. My Fleet Gal-X and Peghqu' thank you for finally fixing this bug.

If you throw some loadout issue fixes into the notes for the next patch I may be at a loss for issues to moan about....
... That's a shame... I like moaning and complaining....
Oh Yeah, T6, T5-U, and gear upgrade costs, I could still moan about those.
Alright, go forth devs and fix the loadouts, with my blessing.
