It's a browser-based Google Drive spreadsheet, so it will not work completely when exported into the Microsoft .xlsx format. To use it, you'll need to be logged into your Google account, and then File -> Make a copy.
Anyway, here are the requested stats for the T5U Fleet Ha'nom Guardian Warbird:
Awesome to see the 3.0 update removed the "separate" sheets per Tier (THANK YOU)
I have a few requests which I'm hoping you'll consider and implement. (You've seen my excel sheet so that is kinda where I'm going with some of this)....
When performing filters on data, the data has to be consistent to be useful. Some of the columns of the sheet related to consoles, weapons and boffs use a char-space-char-space-char format. Please update this to NUMBERS, so if a TAC BOFF has 4 T's, make it a "4". If you'd like me to use a regex to rip the spaces and dump numbers and feed back to you let me know. I can do it in a few minutes but I sincerely think this would be more useful to people than the current "T T T T" representations.
Related to the BOFFs: I found it VERY USEFUL to know the TOTAL number of skills of each BOFF class are available, i.e., If there is a Commander Tac, and an Ensign Tac and that's it, then there are 5 tactical skills available. Knowing (at a minimum) how many of each skill type you have available and easily searchable in a column is helpful for eliminating some ships
One thing I've noticed is various ships have different options for rooms and interactive npcs, it would be really cool if the sheet included this (it really impacts the cross factions and special rewards) moreso than any other ship-faction
Assuming an "intentional one size fits all BASE Mk X (or Mk XIV) shield", add a column for Shield Base * Shield Multiplier + Hull HP MAX possible = Max Ship base Defense. While a column like this is subective, it really is not since it combines two main stats of the ship that are fixed and normalizes it in a manner that lets people see the "my hull is weaker than some other ship but the shield bonus is a hair higher". Alternatively, if this doesnt sit well, consider doing it as a ratio shield to hull (enables the same considerations).
Hope some of these ideas are of interest, or perhaps sparks some ideas. If they suck just tell me to pound sand heheheeheh Thanks!!!!

This is going to stay the way it is. Not only does it specify which officer type fits, but also how many abilities that officer can have. Replacing it with numbers removes the officer type. I also have the color conditionally formatted based on which letter (E, S, T, U) is used. It might not always be optimal, but for me I find it much easier to read at a glance than trying to decipher numbers.

Count the T's. Unless I am mistaken, you are asking for the spreadsheet to count the T's for you?

The Tuffli and Suliban Cell Ship entries already mention some of the amenities. Perhaps I can add mention of the special bridges a few ships have.

I may be misguided, but I think stats like that go far beyond the scope of my spreadsheet. They're too arbitrarily based on various other aspects of a build, like boff setup, shield tanking, hull tanking, speed tanking, etc. My ship might have a combined Shield HP + Hull HP of 30k, but my defensive strategies might make that function more like 180k HP.
A couple ideas of my own that I've been considering:
I may break up the tiers even more. Instead of just T6, I could have T6, T6 Fleet, and T5-U. It would clarify a number of differences, and help me normalize a number of the ship names.
I know someone who talks about ships by their class (Kate, you know who you are). Since I may have no idea what a 'Magellan' is, I want to add the ability to find a ship based on its class name. This will help me quickly know what ships that person is talking about.
I'm not sure which ideas will make it into the next update. I still need to add the new T6 Fleet Vet ships, so we'll see what I feel like doing when I find the time to add them.
A potential solution there is what I did in my Academy thread A New Starship: A Guide to Ship Acquisition... I used both names, with the shipyard name listed first followed by the common name. For example "Tactical Escort - Defiant".
Given that you are working in a spreadsheet format rather than text, it could perhaps be a separate field, which would likely allow searching for it separately.
I've always preferred the shipyard names to the class names. If I say Tactical Escort, I *should* know exactly which ship I'm talking about. If I say Defiant, I don't know if that's the Tactical Escort, Tactical Escort Refit, Fleet Tactical Escort Refit, Fleet Tactical Escort Refit T5-U, etc. To further complicate it, some classes are just alternate skins for the same ship like Defiant, Vigilant, and Gallant, while others are supposed to be a specific ship like the Sao Paulo. Plus, unlocking the special ship skins unlocks it for other ships in that category.
It's a lot to consider when devising a solution. I can easily make a simple filter to list all the ships that can have a certain class skin, and I probably will do at least that. If I want to get complicated and do spreadsheet things I've never tried before, I may look into using actual ship images to show the appearance variations for each class, similar to the awesome ship comparison charts by Starfish1.

Yes,well I keep a lot of useless information in this head of mine :P Anyway the spreadsheets are very useful.......oh how I know how you love spreadsheets :P
True. In the case of the ones with multiple skins, I just used the first one. For "Refits", "Retrofits", etc.... that didn't come into play in the context of my guide, since I was pretty much only working with the free ships. But those do (with the exception of the T5U's and Fleet ships) have a unique name in that respect and/or are commonly referred to with the base ship's name plus the extra text. But I will grant you, there's multiple variations there.
That's why though, I didn't suggest a replacement of your current system; just the possibility of integrating it as a possible alternate. Side-by-side with the current, shipyard names (which I prefer myself, honestly, for exactly the reason you gave: clarity.).
I do need to normalize the names in my spreadsheet to use the shipyard names, but even that presents a slight difficulty. I'll have to add a faction choice to the comparison page since some ships like the Dyson Science Destroyers have the same shipyard name for all factions. Fortunately, that's a relatively simple change.
The T6 vet ships are added now, but it will take some time for me to make these other changes.
I've started working on a second stats sheet of 'machine-readable' ship info generated from the stats in the Ship Data sheet, but this sheet will be kept hidden for now (you can find it on your copy of the spreadsheet if you click View -> Hidden Sheets). These are to accomodate requests for formatting to make it easier to count boffs and stuff, basically allowing for easier spreadsheet data manipulation. If you are one of the people who requested this change, take a look at it, and let me know how I can make it better.
I will probably just mention in this spreadsheet what card is unlocked by each ship, and then do a separate spreadsheet will all the card/assignment info.
Edit: This site needs better notifications... I already answered when you asked on my profile.
This ship comparison spreadsheet is designed to provide a slightly better graphical approach to comparing ships. While other ship comparison spreadsheets tend to list the same information, it is usually in a format that makes it tedious to read. My goal with this is to make it very easy to see the differences in a side-by-side format.
This is a Google Spreadsheet, so you will need to make your own copy to use the pages that let you choose which ships to compare side by side. Instructions how to do this are included in the spreadsheet.
V3.11 is now available with the exclusive promo Mirror ship and runabout.
Admiralty stats are complete for all ships except three T4 KDF ships I haven't bought from the C-Store. If anyone has them, please share the admiralty stats:
