Outfit Box Missing

Hello,
Since my previous thread was virtually ignored I'm repeating it in more detail.
I purchased the ""Outfit Box - Wells Uniform"" in the Lobi Store. My crystals were taken off of me however when I checked my inventory and the tailor everytime I've logged on and/or returned to Earth Space Dock, but it is in niether. I have submitted the bug report as that seemed like the right thing to do yesterday, however my problem is yet to be resolved. I spent a lot of real money buying keys in order to collect those Lobi Crystals, and I will be very disappointed if nothing can be done to either get my outfit or get my crystals refunded as a result of a bug. To confirm, here are the steps I took right from the start:
1. I bought many Master Keys and opened boxes to collect Lobi Crystals.
2. I bought the ""Outfit Box - Wells Uniform"" from the Lobi Store for 200
Lobi Crystals. My crystals were taken, however the Outfit Box did not
appear in my inventory.
3. I checked the tailor, while there I noticed a notification at the bottom
left of my screen (that hadn't been there prior to purchasing the outfit)
saying that I had additional outfits.
4. When opening up the uniforms section in the tailor to check if I had any
additional uniforms, I did not.
5. Submitted a bug report/bug forum post yesterday.
6. Contacted GM, who then told me to re-post on here.
Any help would be appreciated because as I have said I have spent real money purchasing these and I really don't want to buy them again, it's simply ridiculous.
