New accord... new rules

With the new accord, with the Romulan Republic help both Federation and Klingon Empire a new rule is needed.

That federation or klingon players will can invite to team to players from old "enemy" empire ("" are since we fight more togheter on elite mission and even we see it on several episodes.

    rule no option yes. all my toons are kdf but 3 of them i play as hard core . and they want little to nothing to do with federation scum. so if its an option to play with feddy bear scum ok but please not mandatory. already bad enough im stuck with pointed eared devilish romulans and nothing i can do about it .

    I run both a fed and a KDF fleet, I would really love to be able to say we could team up (easily) cross fleet for various things.
    Been hoping for it since the last season.
    And "feddy bear"? lol! we have a guy that uses that same term in our cross fleet chat channel :) I will someday think of something that's better in response lmao! :)

    Yea... diehard KDF players do tend to get REALLY into character and like to forum spar with known Fed players.

    Almost like Diehard faction players in WoW.

    Anyways... I do think it would be nice to be able to cross faction team now, as the Fed/Klingon war is kinda over now due to Undine attack and Iconian threat. There's still mistrust on both sides, but they are working together now.

    As a mixed faction player, I would welcome cross-teaming in certain venues.

    Personally I wouldn't mind if we had the option to cross faction team for some missions, Defera comes to mind, but think it would be interesting if there was a .001% chance of friendly fire while cross faction teamed just to make it interesting. :P

    Probably not missions just by virtue of what is and is not available early game, but certainly open teaming in public zones would be preferred, such as defera, dewa III, dyson/undine battlegrounds, nukara etc.

    Opinions on open teaming in PvP, I'd leave to players who PvP.
